RISK On-Site magazine
RISK On-Site magazine was founded by Liana Darenskaya in 2001, following her establishment of the first Russian specialized mountain portal, www.risk.ru, in 1995.
RISK On-Site is a magazine about mountains, expeditions, projects, and the people behind them. It focuses primarily on mountains, expeditions, projects and extreme as part of everyday life.
The magazine actively participated in both international and Russian exhibitions and cooperated with leading global sports periodicals.
Among the notable partners of the magazine are such esteemed periodicals as the Italian ALP magazine, the English 'HIGH Mountains' magazine, the American Climbing magazine, and the American Alpine Journal.
For numerous years, RISK On-Site served as a partner for the European Mountain Film Festival in Trento and the Outdoor exhibition in Germany.
In RISK On-Site you could find news, articles, interviews, photo reports, equipment tutorials and historical excursions. A distinctive feature of the magazine is an interactive readers and athletes survey in the 'Question of the Issue' section.
